There are more that are an easy taxi ride to the port - the dock is right downtown, so anything in Old Quebec is within easy reach.

We stayed at a small boutique hotel near Chateau Frontenac and on embarkation day walked our bags to the funicular ($1.75 pp) and over to the terminal. About a 15 minute walk. Easy for us but wouldn't be recommended for anyone with mobility problems.
