PV - looking for nice restaurant for dinner...

We are on the Sapphire in December and since we've got such a long time in port in PV, we were talking about maybe doing a nice romantic dinner? Anyone know a place that has good lobster tail, crab legs and the like, that's easy to get to?

There is all sorts of info over on the Ports of Call board for mex. rivera. Do a a search there. I remember seeing something about rest. in P.V.

we went to this place high in the hills. we got a driver at the dock and he waited for us--ate on an outside patio overlooking the city. very very good.

If you like something a little more adventursome than a restaurant, you may want to look into the evening excursion to Las Caletas where they serve dinner, have a show called "Rhythms of the Night", and a fun catamaran ride to and from. We have only been to Las Caletas during the day, but it's a lovely place, and we'd like to go there for the evening sometime.

I believe NNA is referring to Mr. Pepe's. We have dined here many times on land based vacations and it is our very favorite reasturant in PV. It is wonderful at sunset. A bit expensive, but worth evey penny. The atmosphere and food are wonderful. Here is a link to their wesite.
