Booking a future cruise while on board...

How does this work exactly? Where do you go on the ship to do this?

 

I ask because I have heard stories of reduced deposits, OBC, and other perks if you book another CCL cruise while you are on a cruise.

On the Conquest they have a kiosk on the Promenade where you can do this.
