What to do while 1/2 the group rides horses... and where to meet after?

1/2 our group has a 2pm horse ride at Bayside riding. We were thinking of renting a van & dropping them off. Questions:

1) Where can we all go in the morning so that we'll have enough time to drop off the riders by 2pm?

2) After dropping off, where can the other 1/2 go for 2 hours (assuming close by Bayside) so that we can pick up the riders when their ride is over?

3) Heard taxis are expensive on St. Martin. Is it worth the riders taking a taxi instead?

OK, no replies. How about just an answer for #2? What is there to do around the Bayside Stables for a couple hours? Beach?
