How much for a 5 day Spa Pass?

I just booked the Jewel in December and can't wait to enjoy the thermal suite. We loved the one on the Pearl. How much does it cost per person for the 5 day spa pass?

 

Also, my husband is satying home with the kids this time and I am going with a friend. We are sharing a cabin. If she is interested in the spa pass, will they let us but it a the couple's rate? How much is it for a couple?
