Eco Cruise on Gatun Lake

Has anyone taken this excursion offerred by HAL? It sounds like a more relaxing day than the Canal Experience and also includes the Gatun Locks, and avoids the long bus ride back to Colon from Panama. I am wondering if the boat used to glide through Gatun Lake is relatively comfortable for a traveler with back pain, etc. Would also like feedback about the Chagres River Adventure and Walk if anyone has done that.
