Ship docks at 12pm Enough time for Atlantis

I'm starting to worry. We will be docking at 12pm and I already have reservations for CS and planned to spend the day at Atlantis.

Anyone docked at this time? What time did you make it to CS/Atlantis?

Also the "formal" dinner is that night and we have 8:15 seating....should we just skip the dinner and eat later? I'm debating because I really wanted some pics.

I guess anyone who had this limited time I would really appreciate your view.

Thanks

What time of year are you planning on going? If it's winter, then be aware that the waterpark starts to close around 4:30pm and the pools will be shut down completely by 5pm. By the time you get to CS and Check in and get to Atlantis park, it will be around 1. If 3.5 hours is ok with you, then go for it.

As far as taking pictures, you can access the lobbies, casino, marina village and the outdoor patio right off the casino (before you hit security) and take plenty of pictures from that vantage point. These areas are open to the public.

You dock at noon but won't get off right away. I would take a taxi--do the slides/pools and then wait till the sun goes down to walk around the Dig, inside lobbys, and marina village--that way you will take advantage of daylight for the things you need to do around the pools!
