Papillon Tour Service in Italy?

Our cruise stops in Naples and Livorno and were thinking of using Papillon Tours.

Has anyone used them? How was their service?

WE used papillion for Florence and Pisa. Our driver was Roberto (second from left in the picture). He was great; we saw all the sites in both cities. I highly recomend him. When leaving Livirno on the way to Florence, ask him to stop at the winery (it's a great local winery with lots of samples). Price was about 500 euros for the 6 of six. He was so good we even gave him a 50 euro tip.

It's good to hear from others that have used Papillon. I think I'll get a group together and use them in Livorno and Naples.

No problem -- they really did make everything very easy -- and Roberto gave us a present (wine and cookies) at the end to take back on the ship as well . . . :)
