Train Nynashamn anyone do it

I'm trying to plan our time in Stockholm arriving on Princess at Nynashamn at 7 am sailing away at 530 pm on July 16, 2005. What time were you able to get off the ship? What train timetable did you meet 9:07?

 

On one of the threads, cruisenut said that on the way back, we need to be on the first two cars because the others disconnect. Is that true going into Stockholm too?

 

Anyone taken the train on a Saturday? Did it just run once an hour?

 

North-bound has indicated that the station to get off at Stockholm is Norrmalm. If we want to go first to Gamla Stan, isn't there a train stop there? Shouldn't we get off there.

Anyone else interested in this question, I have recieved some information on the Princess board titled juliejoe. I think the station in old town is just the Stockholm trains. For going to Nynashamn, I believe that we do have to use the Central Station.
