Monarch Bar Question

For those who have recently been on the Monarch, perhaps you can answer a question for me. On the Sovereign, there is a bar called The Mast Bar on deck 12 above the pool bar at the forward end of the ship. However, it does not show one being there on the deck plans on the RCI site for Monarch. I found this picture which is where the Mast Bar would be but it looks like it is just an area where the band plays. However, this picture was taken in 2005. Can anyone tell me if, perhaps, they added a bar in that area when the ship was refurbished? I would appreciate any insight you may have. Thanks for your help!!!

No, there is no bar there, it's still where the band plays. There are two Pool Bars on Deck 11.:)
