Andy Posted November 17, 2008 #2 Share Posted November 17, 2008 I haven't heard a peep or seen a peek of the kids club. Is it built yet??Someone must have seen something? Hi Fancy ! It is definitely built, and I saw many smiling children onboard Solstice. I know that Melissa from Cruise Critic was very eager to check out this facility. I did not see it personally, but I am sure Melissa will be sharing her thoughts soon. Stay Tuned !

ugen512 Posted November 17, 2008 #5 Share Posted November 17, 2008 I took pics of all the kids and teens areas but the NBC news crew was using it for storage. It appears to be a very nice modern area with plenty of room. Is there a limit of how many pics i can post or is it better to put them under the pics category? Here is one I believe this is the 8-10 area.
BurgerBits Posted November 17, 2008 #6 Share Posted November 17, 2008 Thank you - will be looking forward to your descriptions and impressions. We'll be sailing Solstice with a family group (boys 7, 11, and 13) the last week of February and appreciate any info you can share!!
FiggyWig Posted November 18, 2008 #7 Share Posted November 18, 2008 Yep, me too ! We have a little while to wait, not cruising for another 9 months, but its will be our very first and getting rather excited. Will have our (then) 12 year old boy, and rather hoping he will become engrossed with the kids clubs. Hope they will have plenty there to entice him:p;)
Tricia28 Posted November 18, 2008 #8 Share Posted November 18, 2008 Thanks for the picture. My kids are anxiously awaiting news of the kids club so I hope those on the first cruises will report back :)
Linda-E Posted November 19, 2008 #9 Share Posted November 19, 2008 Thanks for checking out the kids' area. Can you find out if there is anything for a child who is 18 months old? I know that she would have to be accompanied by an adult, but are there things for her to do there? Thanks, Linda

Polynesia/Marquesas, Mediterranean, Baltic, British Isles/Norwegian Fjords, Panama Canal and other cruises at Mike and Carol's Website LINK" You can find their whole post in the thread, "What Solstice Cabin Did You Stay In?" on the general Celebrity Cruise Lines forum.
