RCCL-are babysitters available first night?

I know that babysitting services are available, but are they available on the first night of the cruise? We are taking our family and friends with us on our wedding cruise and wanted to have a "Welcome Dinner" in Portofino's on the very first night. There will be one child in our group, who will be 3.5 years old. I know that children are not allowed in the restaurant, and to be honest he is not well-behaved in dining situations so I wouldn't want him there anyway since the dinner is lengthy. Do you think the parents would be able to get a babysitter for a 7pm dinner on the first night?
