Hi Marg,

Have you been in contact with your T/A, or P&O.

Maybe they have been lost in the mail, if so new documents can be sent out !!!!!!!:)

Try not to worry too much, I didn't receive my tickets until 15 days before we are leaving. (was starting to panic though).

Hi Margrey,

On our June cruise we didn't have our tickets till 17 days before , we had booked thru a WA travel agent.

It depends who you booked thru sometimes, I wouldn't start to worry yet , they should arrive soon.

I wouldn't panic my T/A does not send tickets until 2 weeks before embarkation.

 

Just check with them about when to expect them...relax you are going on holidays!

2weeks today till we cruise and we are picking all our documents up this afternoon. If a bit concerned call your TA for reassurance.:D:)

Thanks guys that makes me feel a bit better,

last cruise we were the first to recieve our tickets and it is the same T/A :confused:

i will wait until 20 days then start panicing:D

 

And yes you are right we are going on holiday:D:D:D:D

Hi Margrey,

We haven`t received ours yet for the xmas cruise on PD, but our flight bookings are logged in on the Qantas site.

Our TA contacted P&O and said they have a backlog of bookings to attend to which may explain the delay in receiving the tickets.

I wouldn`t worry too much.

On our first cruise we didnt get out tickets until 7 days before we cruised and second cruise just over 2 weeks before.

 

I think it depends on the T.A and when they can be bothered sending them out.

 

Call your T.A.

 

In the end I went and picked up my tickets for my first cruise! Didnt use that T.A again.
