When you get off the tender their is a rum cake store right outside the gate that offers internet access and phone cards. Dont think you can use your own laptop though. We payed $10 for 30mins of internet and 30 mins of calls back to the US. It gave us enough time to clear all the junk mail and speak with our son and other family members

I would be interested in this as well. DD just got home from her college classes today and said one of her professors said he would e-mail her the notes she will miss from next Tuesday (we are sailing on Conquest 12/7) and there was a paper due based on those on Thursday that she could e-mail him back. She will have her laptop with her. We are just wondering about best internet rates for her to do these things. We will be at Grand Cayman on Thurday so that would work for sending paper back. Unfortunately, we'll be in Jamaica on Wednesday and I'm guessing it is not a good idea to bring something as expensive as a laptop on shore there ... so will have to pay cruiseline prices to get notes.
