I will be visiting Guadeloupe on HAL in December (on Sunday, I think) and from reading the boards the port area does not sound inviting. It sounds as if everything will be closed on Sundays! I would like to find some sort of tour to the National Park (Parc de Naturel) The ship does not seem to offer any tour to the park and I don't want to pay an expensive taxi fare. Any suggestions? I haven't found any posts about the park but it looks worth visiting if you can get there easily...surely someone has been there while in Gudeloupe :confused:
