gagirl2006 Posted February 24, 2009 #26 Share Posted February 24, 2009 We got one of those inflatable Munchkin "Duck" bathtubs and our 7-month-old was terrified of it! Maybe because it has an eye on each side of its head and she can only see one eye at a time? But we just got back from a cruise (Carnival Fantasy) and never used the duck pool after our first attempt to put her in it failed miserably. Oh no! Thank you for sharing! I'm looking for another option for bath time at home so I'll try this at home first! It is a struggle the whole time to keep him in his little sling/chair while bathing him now! AgVball Posted February 24, 2009 #27 Share Posted February 24, 2009 Not related to the cruise - but you can also check out bath seats. We use the Safety 1st seats that hook on to the side of the tub (instead of the suction cups).

QTMichele Posted February 25, 2009 #29 Share Posted February 25, 2009 I used that same pool onboard the carnival Glory. It fit in the shower stall perfectly and we took it out on our balcony too. It's big enough to splash around in, but not too big. Good to know! THANKS! QTMichele: I searched on "inflatable my first pool" and on NexTag I found this site with that same pool: http://secure.poolcenter.com/prodinfo.asp?number=59409 I didn't look to see how bad the shipping would be. Amazon has some inflatable pools too. Will check it out - thanks for the link!
QTMichele Posted February 25, 2009 #30 Share Posted February 25, 2009 Shirley - I checked on the S&H - just under $10! There's something about paying more for S&H than the pool that I just can't fathom. Maybe I'm too cheap, but I'll wait to see what comes out in our local stores in the next few months. :)
jhdoublin Posted March 15, 2009 #31 Share Posted March 15, 2009 Can you take inflatable pool to areas other than your balcony on Carnival Valor?
