Credit Cards at Port Evergaldes

I heard rumors that some parking areas do not take credit cards -- sounds archaic to me! I will be parking at Port Everglades for an upcoming cruise and need to know if they accept credit cards. I've checked their web site and the site gives me all kinds of info, but nothing about major credit cards. If any one has parked there and can answer my question, I'd appreciate it.

Don't know about Port Everglades, but every port we have parked at has required cash on the spot. Would be nice if they took CC, but that would probably slow down the parking process. It can be a fairly large chunk of change to carry around.

I have paid by credit card a Por Canaveral and Tampa many times!

I emailed Port Everglades and they accept major credit cards for parking at the port parking facilities.
