Who does NCL use for Dive Shops?

My wife & I will be traveling in March to Roatan, Belize & Cozumel on the Norwegian Pearl. Does anyone know who they contract with for diving at each of these islands?

 

My wife & I are trying to find out if there is a trip that woiuld allow meto dive and her to snorkel. My concern is that my wife, snorkeler only, would have a great time snorkeling in obvious shallower water while I dive in deeper.

 

What are the dives/snorkeling sights that they use. From what I've read

there are only a few spots that there is not much current, offer a great dive for diviers and and shallower allowing snorkelers to have a great time as well.

Not sure if they still use them, most likely they do since they are very reputable.
