Indian Food aboard the Pearl

I am scheduled to sail on the Pearl on May 31st 2009 to Alaska from Seattle..I've read some reviews and I noticed that they serve Indian food on some of the buffets in the Pearl..Is it the norm..or were those cruises an exception? Any ideas

I saw and enjoyed some Indian foods on the Star last June so I think it may be something they do at least on some days.

There was an Indian vegetarian section of the buffet every day on our Pearl cruise last August. Very good. For that matter, I recall the same was av available both times we sailed Dawn a few years ago.

There was Indian food in the buffet during our 13 night cruise on the Jade this past February. I thought it was pretty tasty. In fact whenever I wanted a quick snack/light meal I'd run down to the buffet and get a little plate of it and bring it back to my room. I didn't get the impression it was a special item, it seemed like just one of the many foods they always offered in the buffet.
