Phone Calls from Carnival

Two of them in two days but no message either time.

 

I assume it is nothing important but it drives me crazy with curiosity when someone calls more than once but doesn't leave a message.

Perhaps you were looking around on their site and instead of clicking the x to cancel the phone back offer, you just clicked cancel. That could be the reason.

 

Once I got a call back from a PVP because I had called in to talk to my own rep and somehow they got it messed up and thought I needed to hear from them to see what they could do to help me. The guy was pretty sulky when I told him I already had a rep thank you very much.

We've received several over the past few weeks too. Never a message. I called back once to see if there was a problem with our reservation but there were no notations about why anyone would be calling.

We had a call from Micheal at Carnival to wish us a happy cruise a few days prior to our last cruise. We had a message on our answering machine today again from Micheal to see if we had a great cruise and he asked us to call him for his help to book another cruise.

 

If I didn't already have something booked for next year I would actually call him for the great follow up call.

My PVP which is not actually my PVP calls every other week wanting to book me on a cruise. My last one was in Sept. and I do not have any more booked just now.

When the guy called me I just told him I already had a cruise specialist. He asked her name and her extension number. I gave him both and then called HER and gave her a heads up that someone had called me and what happened. Never heard from the guy again. :D
