Dang we go to Vegas alot and cruise alot and we didnt get the offer. Has anyone who hasnt got the offer called anyway and were offered the free room?

The hotel is beautiful, the casino is nice, the restaurants and shopping is great and the offer is real. No sales pitch either.

I've been a member of Grazie for four years and I haven't paid for a room in Vegas for the entire time. I receive at least 4-6 offers a year for free rooms. They know you will spend much more in their hotel eating, gambling, and shopping. Go and enjoy, you will love it.

My offer was for the Siena suite, which is 1280 square feet, 2 bathrooms, separate bedroom, dining area, 3 TVs (42" in bedroom!) and more. We are going on Dec 14th!

This thread is the whole reason I love cruise critic. I am a member of Ocean Player's Club. I didn't receive the offer (yet) but will look at the site. I am planning on going to Vegas in January anyway. I must say though that the hotels are running great specials as it is. Congrats on the deal.

You have gotten offers for the Venetian/Palazzo thru you Harrahs Total Awards card:confused:

We get compt rooms at Caesars, Paris, Flamingo, Rio and a few others thru our Harrahs card but not the Venetian.......Didn't think they were affiliated with Harrahs:cool:

 

 

They arent, but the clearly share or sell lists between each other-- i use slightly tweaked addresses on each signup so i can tell where it originated, and the venetian/palazzo definitely got my name from harrahs list.

I just received mine in the mail today and already booked for Feb 20 thru 24 @ the venetian. I was surprised to receive one because I gamble on the cruise but not a lot maybe a couple hundred dollars!!! I thought you would have had to be a high roller!!!

I got one of these offers around August and I used it for 3 free nights in September (it was from 2 to 4 nights). There is no scam. I looked online at the availability and then I called and booked my rooms (which included a Friday and Saturday night). I recently received another offer that is valid through January 31, but because of my upcoming cruise, I cannot go to Vegas. I hope that after my cruise, I will receive another offer for free rooms. The hotel is nice (except the overwhelming perfumey smell in the lobby) and the rooms are great.

 

As far as bankruptcy, the owner of the Venetian has not filed for bankruptcy. If it were to, it will most likely file a Chapter 11 reorganization that will allow it to continue to operate.

:eek:We did too!!!!......4 free nites in a suite.....I even asked what the catch was (ie timeshare pitch etc), and the young lady said there was no catch......except that we had to join the players club if we wanted to get the $150 free slot machine play we were offered.......and she did say it is connected to Carnival and they provided our info to them for the promotion. Not sure I like that idea but $1000 in free rooms might be worth it!....just hope they aren't selling these lists......

Well we arrived in Vegas on Wednesday night, and check in was very nice. We were visited by the upgrade fairy. We got the King Suite we ordered, but with a view of the Strip. So our room (on the 26th floor) looks over the Treasure island, and that show they do all day... fireworks, music, and the pirate fight. Kinda nice to watch... but we don't spend a lot of time in the room.

 

Thursday we were surprised to be handed tickets to the Blue Man Group for Friday night... thank you Club Grazie.

 

It didn't take long to spend the $750 in match play at the machines, and we have already taken advantage of the free dinner at the ZINE resturant...

 

I think this is the best offer we have every had due to Carnival. I wish Carnival treated us this well.

Just to continue the update.... we got free tickets for Phantom, but had to decline... My wide couldn't find me in time to go.... I was winning at the roulette table....

 

We charged tonights dinner to the room (approx.$50.00), and just got called that the casino picked up the bill....

 

Anyway we are having a great time. I highly recommend people take advantage of this offer if they can.

 

We need to call Carnival players club and see what they are willing to do for our cruise next month.

Just got back yesterday. Room was free and AWESOME. The hotel employees are wonderful. Dinner at the Zine was also great. (We weren't offered the show tickets or a comped dinner, but we also didn't charge anything to the room - I know if you charge to the room your points are increased dramatically.) This is a valid offer, and if those who received it decide to take advantage, they won't be disappointed. I think I may now be spoiled for most hotel rooms in Vegas! By the way our room was 1100 square feet with 3 flat screen tv's - one in the bathroom.

We had two queen beds, the couch area was larger and we had a huge marble entry (which meant that the bedroom area was odd shaped, but also very large. The closet was in the bathroom. If I can remember how to post pictures, I will do so this evening.
