Go Shuttle - 1 way from Port of Miami to FLL?

I've read how to catch the shuttle from FLL to Port of Miami, but is this available in reverse also? My daughter is flying into Fort Lauderdale (for free because she works for Southwest) and we are flying into Miami so I wanted to have her take the shuttle after the cruise from Port of Miami back to FLL. Is this possible? Do I need to pre-arrange it or are the shuttles plentiful?

What's a good alternative for transportation for 1 back to FLL? Or are we best off arranging for her to get back to FLL via the cruiseline transfer - which I think is $28?

Hi 2008 Beginner,

 

As someone who travels to Ft. Lauderdale four times a year to visit our children, I would suggest your daughter arrange the transport to the Ft. Lauderdale airport with the cruise line. $28.00 is a fair amount to pay!!! A taxi is much more than that. To start arranging a service to pick her up after the cruise would involve a lot of stress. I have been on over 30 cruises and always take the easy way. In this case, I would go with the ship's transfer.
