Any information about MSC Rhapsody

Does anyone know anything about the Rhapsody which is currently sailing down to South Africa for short cruises out of Cape Town and then returns to Genoa in April?

I know it's an older, smaller ship but hoping that it is as nice as the Opera and Lirica which have received some great reviews. USA travel agents do not know anything about this ship and MSC does not mail out brochures even though we've requested them twice.

Would appreciate any information on this ship.

I have not sailed her, but she is an older & much smaller ship, originally Cunard Princess. 1976 & 17,500gt holding around 800 passengers. She began sailing for MSC in 1996 & has had good reviews with a loyal following. At the beginning of this year MSC spent 7m Euro on a refit which included interiors & cabins. By all accounts she is very nice, but of course won't be the standard of Opera & Lirica.

There are a few photos of her in June this year here, and if you read this thread, there are some comments made about her.
