Can't help much, I've been looking for information/activities for a while now. DW and I will be there Dec. 28th and have arranged a land rover excursion with Shore Trips. While it's a bit pricey, it sounds like a great trip and comes highly recommended (see this posting http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=861412). I'm not sure if they will be offering it on Christmas day or not, but it sounds like fun. Hope you enjoy your day there whatever you choose to do! :)
