PhoenixCruiser Posted April 20, 2004 #2 Share Posted April 20, 2004 I believe the difference is location. There *may* also be a small difference in size. Mark_K Posted April 20, 2004 #3 Share Posted April 20, 2004 D1's are either on Deck 10, or are on a lower deck and have an added feature - sofa bed, pullman, connecting - making them more desirable (in RCI's opinion). D2's are deck nine or lower. If you're looking at deck nine or lower and don't have a need for third berth/connecting there's no reason to get a D1. ---------------------------------------------------------- "Nothing so needs reforming as other people's habits" Mark Twain "Nothing so needs reforming as other people's formal night attire, poolside attire, child rearing practices, walk-talkie usage, chair hogging, seat saving, line cutting ..."
