OBC After Final Payment

Yes, December 1st was the deadline.

No more OBC after final payment. It has been mentioned here, however, that upgrades are possible, if that category has not been sold out.

I will be watching my prices daily until January 25th! After that, I won't even LOOK!!

If it's more than 76 days before you cruise on a 6+ day cruise (61 days before a 5, or less, day) you can cancel and rebook at a lower price without penalty. It would likely be a reduced amount owed if you haven't paid in full yet. If you have paid in full it may be OBC or a refund on your credit card. What Carnival has stopped doing is honoring price drops within the penalty period (less than 76 days prior to cruise) in the form of OBC. They are still doing upgrades if the price drops close to the cruise date, but even that is not guaranteed. Since you are within that penalty period, you are not eligible for OBC.
