Voyager or Exploer ?

Recommended Posts

For those of you that have been on both, please list what you like about each ship (even though they are very similar). Also if you would go on one over the other again.

My fiance and I will be celebrating our honeymoon on one of them. I have been on the Voyager, but not the Explorer.

Thansk, I hope I get a lot of replies.

Happy sails to you until we meet again!

Been on both and they are essentially the same except that Voyager has a big chandelier in the dining room and Explorer does not. I would go with the ship with the better itinerary and/or better price.

I have not been on Explorer , but will be soon. Have been on both Adventure and Voyager. Only difference I could find was in some of the decor and some placement of artwork in the ship. With Explorere being the second ship, I doubt you will find much differnet from the Voyager except again the Artwork. For these two, I would pick the ship for the destinations. So go with either one, jsut depends on where you want to go. Also depending on when your wedding is, The Explorer could be the only one of the 2 in FLA. Voyager sails out of NJ in the Summer now.

Differences - We've been on E.O.S., A.O.S. and recently on V.O.S. As everyone has noted, the differences are mostly decorative.

For some reason, the wait-staff does NOT perform at Johnny Rockets on V.O.S. We think E.O.S. had the best youth program of the three.

E.O.S. also has the U of Miami Science Center.

Happy cruising...

I have been on both and I too would chose based on itinerary. The Johnny Rockets staff did perform when we were on Voyager in Feb. I loved both ships and I don't think you can go wrong with either of them. I hope this helps!

There is no difference except in decor and color schemes. Go with the best itineray and after that maybe the newest ship which would be the Explorer, I think. I am sure you will love what ever ship you choose!

i have been on both...i went on voyager first and it was really fun. But then like a year later i went on explorer. I dont really think there is a difference. It kinda depends what kinda decor you like. Oh ya, and the ports.
