Fitness rooms on NCL

I've started working out since my last cruise and was curious if anyone has any feedback on the gyms and equipment and so forth. I plan on working out daily but was just curious as to what to expect. I have used the Spa before but never the gym. Feel free to answer here or email me, gg100@rochester.rr.com. Thanks, Greg

I've been on the Dawn and Spirit and both had lots of cardio equipment, a couple of machines and free weight. They were very decent gyms with quality equipment. You might not find every machine you are used to though. If you have a fitness trainer, you could ask him/her to show you a routine involving only treadmill, bicycle, free weights. You will find those in most hotels/ships that have a gym.
