Are there any balconies on the Shapphire where other guest above you can look down at your balcony.

Yes - Caribe deck is half uncovered and balconies above can see you. Also Dolphin deck - balconies have no ceiling cover. All other balconies are fully covered and cannot be seen from above. But remember, people below can look up and see you if you are at the rail for all balconies.

Yes the Dolphin deck which is opened balconies. I have been on one of those and frankly was never a problem. I just look up, they look down, we wave to each other and then go about our business . Never a problem for me but to some people they prefer to have covered balconies. The Caribe deck is half covered. half uncovered.
