Vacation songs for my mp3

Hi,

 

Can you tell I'm getting ready to go on a cruise in a few days? All my posts are light and silly... :D

 

Anyhow, anyone have any suggestions for some happy vacation-y songs that I can download for my cruise next week?

 

I'll be doing lots of Bob Marley, Jimmy Buffett, the Island in the Sun song... I love all kinds of music so gimme some ideas!!! ;)

I will have to see if I can type up our playlist in the next few days and post it here - we've got over 350 songs in the cruise playlist.:D We will listen to all sorts of styles so it's a bit eclectic. :p Everything from Buffet, to reggae and soca, all the cheesy dance songs they do onboard like the cha-cha slide and cupid shuffle, anything that mentions cruising, the sea, the beach, any kind of "party" sort of songs, some oldies, some country, etc.

 

Some of my favorites are Fantastic Vogage (Lakeside or Coolio - have both), Follow the Leader (Soca Boys I think), anything Shaggy, and 10 Rounds with Jose Cuervo. I've also got all the Carnival commercial songs - Sea Cruise, Somewhere Beyond the Sea, You're my best friend, etc. :D

Thank you, thank you!! I had been looking for that thread but gave up after going back several pages! I'm going to make a dvd for my dh and both sons of our previous cruises and was looking for music ideas. It was supposed to be a Christmas present but I had too much to do!!
