Bus to Folkestone

Can anyone tell me if we will be able to catch a bus to arrive at Folkestone by 10:00 a.m. from the port? (we will be on Carnival Victory) Originally, we were going to do the turtle catamaran with the Boatyard, then decided on Westwater Adventure to save money. Westwater is only $35 for adults and $20 for kids, but roundtrip a taxi will cost us $100. For the same total price we can go with Boatyard, including a buffet lunch. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it. We leave in 62 days! Thanks in advance!
