RTEJME Posted December 31, 2008 #1 Share Posted December 31, 2008 We are sailing on April 25th on Freedom. We were on the Valor in 2007 and loved it. We had a suite. We did not know what the perks were in a suite and still don't. Can anyone give us info on perks? We just came off the Ruby Princess in November and a mini suite has no perks, and cannot compare to the Valor suite. And it cost just as much. Princess Ruby was beautiful, but Carnival has much more going on in the evening. Princess cruisers were not happy with me when I posted my disappointment with Princess.:(
Chigirlcruzin Posted December 31, 2008 #2 Share Posted December 31, 2008 You get VIP embarkation on Carnival when you're in a suite. That's all. You'll be getting on the Freedom when I'm getting off. I can't wait :)

A suite should get you priority embarkation/disembarkation and the nice cabin you are booked in. Carnival does not offer other perks for suites like some lines do.
