Advice for WW on Cruise

Hello all! I'm leaving for a seven day cruise to W. Carribean on Sunday 1/4! Although I am super excited, I am worried about staying on track with my diet. I've been on WW since November and have lost around 10lbs (which is a lot for me!)

With four days at port and two days at sea, I am making the commitment to go to the gym. I'm just afraid of the molten chocolate cake and all the goodies. I'm going to pack some granola bars/snacks for cravings.

I do like the spa menu that Carnival offers but definitely need some tips/advice on how to enjoy and stay on track! I want to enjoy my vacation but not freak out afterwords at my Weigh In!

Thanks all!

OK well my main advice is to take the stairs EVERY time and drink water (2 glasses for every other drinks).

Allow yourselft to enjoy the food..who says you need the WHOLE thing? One bite or two will allow you to enjoy but keep you on track!

Water, Stairs, Water, Stairs, Water, Stairs!

Have fun and good luck!
