Coffee Card?

I have heard mention of this coffee card on the posts. What is it and whats the price? What is included? Thank you in advance for any answers.

Can't remember the price, although I think there's two prices, one with a mug and one without.

 

It's a card with a number of clips that allows you unlimited fresh brewed coffee (rather than syrup made coffee) and a set number of 'specialty' coffees like Espresso, Latte, Cappuccino etc...

We always buy the coffee card can not go 14 days with out at least one cup of good coffee a day.
