How far is it from the port to the airport in Venice. We sail in the night before disembarkation and I would like to catch a 10:35 AM flight. Is this reasonable?

Give it about an hour and half if you are going public transportation, an hour by private water taxi and about 40' if by Taxi.

 

The bigger question is are you staying on the ship overnight or planning on getting a hotel in Venice or near the airport? If you are staying on the ship I'm sure they will have a tiered disembark to make sure you catch your flight.

I can highly recommend the Marriott Courtyard at the airport for the night before stay--worked out fabulously for us and we had a 6:55 AM flight. Even if you are staying on the ship, you will be fine with the 10:30 flight--just be one of the first to depart.
