Making Payments on the Carnival Website

Has anyone used the Carnival website to make payments on their cruise using a credit card? I'm getting an error:

 

5187 : Invalid Agency or Alternate Agency

 

Has anyone ever seen this before or know what it could be? I guess I'll have to call them Monday to make my final payment, as it's due 1/5.

You can call the regular 800#....anyone who answers can/will take your payment.

I have paid before using the website. You can only pay via the CCL website if you booked your cruise through the website.

 

If you booked via a PVP or CVS then it won't work.

I had no trouble paying on the website once they set it up for my Mac. Before that nothing seemed to work properly- I couldn't even access my reservation. But now all is well and we are paid up. Looks like we'll actually be sailing in March.

We made our final payments for this cruise on Friday !! We are getting so excited... how about you guys ?

Sounds like website issues...
