My cruises have a huge range. My July cruise was $1100 for a triple Cat H. The Dec cruise was a free balcony for all of us (included free air and gratuities as well). Our Navigator cruise last week, cost me $7800 for 4 people in a balcony cabin. I probably won't ever pay that much for a cruise again!

 

I shop around for the best price, then I book it through myself!

We paid $2500.00 for a Junior Suite on The Mariner last February and was upgraded for free to a Grand Ocean Suite. We booked our last four cruises through CruiseQuick.com. We are booked on the Navigator October 2nd in a Junior Suite and out total price was $2430.00 before our Crown and Anchor coupon was applied

We paid $2106.00 for a balcony on the hump deck 8. Our sailing is 05/15/04 on Navigator. I looked around and this was the best price that I could find. I booked at the end of January. Our airfare is $588.00 total r/t from Seattle to Miami. So I guess for cruise, taxes, fees, and air per person it equals $1347.00.

We are on Splendour of the Seas Meditterranean 7 nihgts in August. We have a JS (Junior Suite) for 3 people for $3700. When I check the prices now the prices are almost $2000 more than when we booked. I think we got a great deal but would like to know if others think so!!!

Booked for Voyager 5 day Canada/New England last year and are going for $816 per person for a Junior suite aft on deck 10. I think it's sold out now and have heard other people payed $1500-$2000 more than us. We also got shipboard credit coming to us since we booked on a cruise we were on. Plus we'll get another $75 off according to the new C&A magazine we got last week. Can you beat that? I don't think so.

Response to 2VaCruzers- Yes, our price did always include all taxes and fees, port charges, and sometimes even prepaid taxes. We've always booked direct through RCI as we had a TA once steal our credit card numbers and treat someone else to a cruise. We have always had interior stateroom Cat L. Our highest price paid was $499 and our lowest price paid has been $189 for 7 nights with no C&A or any other discount.

 

Response to U256601- One of our cruises was aboard the Navigator last September during Hurricane Isabel and although we paid a lower price ( $489 for 1&2 and $189 for 3&4) it was no different from any other cruise except we skipped Nassau and headed out to sea. It was still a wonderful trip well worth every nickle.

We are going on the "Adventure of the Seas" 10 day sailing of the Southern Caribbean May 2nd (10 days from now).

 

We have an inside category "N". With a "Crown and Anchor" coupon (-S150) and using my MasterCard on Travelocity (-$250.00) we paid $668.75 each (Total for the cabin $1337.50).

 

This includes the fare, all port charges, taxes and fees but no airfare. We booked our own air and paid $383.00 each R/T from Vegas to San Juan.

 

We've had a lot of great deals over the years but this is one of the best.

we are booked on the AOS october 3 for $619 U.S per person minus the c&a coupon for $125 for a grand total of $494 for an atrium cabin. although we are going with friends who live in west virginia so we used their travel agent and it is costing us more than we usually pay with a canadian travel agent. just booked a 4 night SOS for 3 people for $1400 canadian(roughly $900 u.s for 3 people) including airfare!

I was originally booked in an atrium cabin on VOS 5 nights to Canada for 1100 total for two people (including taxes). For 80.00 more I upgraded to a balcony in the middle of the hump, mostly to get a big window.
