Beach Wedding Photos

Recommended Posts

The beach we got married on was one where swimming wasn't allowed, so there wasn't a big chance of it being crowded.

When we arrived, there were two families there. We just did our thing on one part of the beach. One family wished us well and left right after we arrived (we did not ask them to!) and the other moved down a bit as to give us room. There are no strangers in my photos. As a matter of fact, I've seen photos from a LOT of brides here and never saw any oddities in that regard.

Most people are quite understanding when they see a wedding taking place and move themselves as not to be an interruption. However, a public beach is just that and no one can 'reserve' sections for any reason. Your coordinator will be able to find places to take pictures without the beachcombers in the background. ;)

We got married in St. Thomas and we chose a beach that is normally pretty quiet. There was one lady sunbathing on the beach, way off in the distance and she never showed up in any of the photos. Besides her we had the entire beach to ourselves and it was amazing.
