Super shuttle nightmare!

While traveling from Galveston to Houston from port, we made reservations on super shuttle both ways-what a terrible mistake! They were over an hour wait on both ends when they advertised they would be punctual, and the van driver was down right mean! I would strongly encourage everyone to boycott this irresponsible business. Run away if you see them coming, you have been warned!

Sorry you had a bad experieince.....we've used SS many times and most of the time they were pretty good.....some bad, a few very bad.

 

Just when we thought it couldn't be worse, we tried another local company and they were 10 times worse. :eek:

 

We now use a private car company for our airport transportation needs.

Which private car company do you use? We're looking for a way to get from Houston to Galveston.

Did you let SuperShuttle know you were unhappy by complaining with the vehicle number and the name of the driver? I've found that shared-ride vans are sometimes a mixed bag ... both passengers and drivers.
