Camp Carnival

I have a question about Camp Carnival. My son will be 12 in February. We are going on the Carnival Pride out of Baltimore on the 20th of June. I would feel more comfortable if he could stay in the lower age group (11 years old) due to his immaturity. Do you know if Carnival would have a problem with that?

I do know that is harder to move to a higher level. If anyone could answer my questions it would be greatly appreciated.

For some reason (and maybe someone with exact experience can help here), that they wont move DOWN, only UP.

I say, attend the Circle C Orientation the first night. This will give you an idea of the activities offered and other children. Talk to the camp councelors. Maybe there are some 12 year olds who are in the same boat, and he will fit in just fine!

Good Luck!
