Fridge on Indy ?

Hi Guys ,

 

I just read a post a few minutes ago on the subject of cabin fridges . Are there any fridges in the standard inside cabins on Independence of the Seas , or do we " poor people " have to struggle on with the old ice bucket ?

According to a copy of the Cruise Compass I have for Independence, all cabins should have the mini fridge.

Happy days ! Many thanks , the Champagne will be chilled instead of having a few lumps of ice floating around the glass like lost ice-bergs !

The Mini-Fridges are really no more that coolers and will not keep things very cold at all. I wouldn't put the last two Chocolate Covers Strawberry that you just couldn't finish in one and expect to eat it the next day.

We may have to row , but at least we will have chilled drinks whilst swinging the oars !

Every cabin on the Independence is fitted with a smal built in fridge, on the other end of the scale going from COLD to HOT,:):D they also have a kettle in each stateroom and a supply of Coffee,Tea Bags and creamers;)

I had heard that they had done away with the oars and replaced them with treadmills.....

The fridge is cool enough for sodas and water. There are never chocolate covered strawberries over to be kept for the next day..... ;)
