p010ne Posted November 13, 2004 #1 Share Posted November 13, 2004  We have booked our first cruise with Radisson on the Navigator in August 2005 and I cannot get the My Preferences tab to accept my valid Gold Points number (it is accepted OK in the Seven Seas Society Number, which we of course do not have yet?)! Does this work for you? I sent a message to goldpoint feedback and have been assured that my gold points number is valid (so that is not a source to get anything corrected!)! Do you suppose RSSC has the GPN swapped with the SSSN?  We are comfortable with Princess and have had no problems with our Captains Circle platinum registrations (looking forward to elite)!:D
colleenmf Posted November 15, 2004 #2 Share Posted November 15, 2004 I've heard that Radisson recently upgraded their computers and are still getting the bugs out. I recommend going thru your travel agent and getting that number put in that way. I think you can call Radisoon directly but I'm not sure as my travel agent did all that for us. p010ne Posted November 15, 2004 Author #3 Share Posted November 15, 2004  OK, I of course don't have a frequent RSSC number and I suppose it does not matter for the present that my Gold Points number works in that position (maybe we will get some additional perks on our first cruise?)?
colleenmf Posted November 16, 2004 #4 Share Posted November 16, 2004 I'm not 100% on this but I think the Seven Seas Society number means you are a past RSSC cruiser. I think that gets you one cocktail party or something like that. Just be sure to get those Goldpoints so you can redeem them for your next cruise. p010ne Posted November 16, 2004 Author #5 Share Posted November 16, 2004 :D I have verified with goldpoints that our household status is in effect! Our cruise consultant has been notified about our gold point numbers also, so I suppose all is OK? (Maybe RSSC will invite us to some extra cocktail parties using our gold point because they are using our gold point number, too!)

p010ne Posted November 19, 2004 Author #8 Share Posted November 19, 2004 I got a telephone call from Sharon at RSSC corporate and she says a programmer is working on the problems with the website and they should be fixed by Wednesday or Friday (probably depends on how many Thanksgiving parties are scheduled?)! p010ne Posted November 29, 2004 Author #9 Share Posted November 29, 2004  I have not received an update call from RSSC corporate, and the website still does not work!
