QM2 Side-Swiped in NYC?

I turned on the news late this morning...just in time to see the QM2 in port and the announcers talking about another ship backing into I think they said the QM2? Anyone hear about this?

the Today show was doing a big story on the QM2 I didn't hear anything about her being hit, but I could have missed it. She is a strange looking ship I think.

that's twice that the Norway has been brought up on the Royal threads today.... I LOVED the Norway, and I think QM2 is majestic and lovely in a vintage way.

I toured the QM2 today...it was quite lovely, but my heart is with Royal Caribbean..I truly think and love the Serenade better!!! The owners suite on the Serenade is sooo much prettier. The largest suite on the QM2 is a duplex,,,2 floors...but still I prefer the Owners suite on the Serenade...it's so much brighter and more up to date... Must admit, the spa is nicer on the QM2

On the today show they said the cheapest inside cabin was $1700 and the most expensive cabin $25,000. Yea, give me one of those...

I priced the QM2 more than a year ago for the Mother's Day cruise to nowhere and for the lowest inside it was around $800 per person. I wish now I had booked it, even though that is crazy to spend that for such a short cruise, but just to see her it would have been.
