Taxi to Orient Beach, how much?

Can anyone tell me how much a taxi would be to Orient Beach in St Marteen from the port? We will be there at the end of the month. Thanks

The price is graduated based on the # of people in the taxi. IIRC, it can be as low as $5 and as high as $18.

Fairs are posted at the taxi stand, including the variables based on number of passengers.

 

Worth any price.....one of our favorite islands.

I was there last week and it was $6.00 per person...so $12.00 each way for my husband and I. This was our favorite beach! It was a hoot seeing the naked 60 & 70 year olds. We were at the last bar before the naked beach begins, but they are so proud of themselves, they stroll past the rocks which divide the naked beach from the normal beach. If you have a sense of humor, it is a must see!!!

My friend and I took a taxi from Downtown to Orient Beach in Sept last year and we paid $12.00 each. There was two of us. It was well worth it.
