Can anyone tell me if they have experienced problems getting a reply from Tuscany by Taxi. I used them last year and the year before and I was delighted with them. I got excellent response to my e mails then. I have sent them two emails since New Year and I have not received any contact back from them. I hope their business is not in trouble.

Still no reply from Tuscany by taxi. Anyone else having problems getting a reply?

Have you tried submitting the reservation form? - put in the text box that you have tried to email them but with no success and could they please contact you. There is also a fax number that you could try as well. Your email may be going into the spam filter esp if you have a hotmail account, sometimes they are quite strange as to what gets sent there.
