cozumel atlantis mini submarine or sea explorer glass bottem boat

I posted a thread on the cozumel site, but am not getting any response so thought I would post it here. I am not a swimmer, but want to see fish and coral on the Pearl western carrabean cruise. Has anyone here been on either the atlantis mini submarine or the sea explorer glass bottem boat where you sit 4 feet under the water with private glass panel in front of you ? Both are offered as NCL excursions. I would love to hear some feed back so I can make a decision. Thanks
