We're sailing on NCL Dawn on 12/30 and much to the dismay of myself and many others, Tortola has been withdrawn as a port for many of the Dawn upcoming cruises.

I'm wondering if any of the local VI (The Islander?) or BVI folks who read this board have any idea about why this is happening-Is it only the NCL ships?

just wondering???
