The first cruise of the season is an 11 day and not due back until Thurs. The dawn is in Tortola today.

What are the chances that NCL is "testing the water" with this cruise stop in Tortola, and will make a decision once they return. The 2nd one is maybe a buffer that allows them some time before making that decision, and maybe they would actually cancel that one based on negative results.
