Golden to Hawaii - Question about Time Change

Hi there!

 

Does anyone know if, in Hawaii, we stay on ship's time or go to local time. We're meeting some friends in some of the ports and want to make sure we don't give them the wrong time of arrival.

Three years ago, we were on local time when we were in Hawaii. You will be told in the Patters each time to change your watch at night.

You will change time twice on the way over and twice on the way back so that you will be on local time when you are in Hawaii. Your room steward will leave a card on your bed reminding you the evenings you need to set your clock back or ahead.

Just wanted to add that, as far as I am aware, Hawaii is 3 hours behind the west coast during summer-daylight savings.
