Just returned from the Pride cruise...loved it..worth every penny and better than I would've ever imagined.

Some quick comments and suggestions....

-Crew was great,always helpful..with a smile too.

-Mark Price,the cruise director,did a wonderful job

-Housekeeping guys were awesome

-Food selection was excellent but left alot to be desired, quality wise.

-Nightly shows were great, but if you only watch one comedian, Eason was 10X funnier than Jerome.Loved the fiddle player too.

-If you're in a balcony room, get out there for the 90 minutes or so after leaving Cabo...saw lots of whales and dolphins.

-Embark and debark went smooth as silk.

-Ship itself was in beautiful condition, very impressive/manuverable(sp) layout too.

Just a heads -up,for those who care......

If you choose to enter (i.e. buy tickets for) the Saturday night free cruise drawing, I suggest you buy the 3 tickets for $10 rather than the 8 tickets for $20.

If Carnival follows the same procedure every cruise, they will offer a "special" shortly before the draw, which is, 10 tickets for $10 (if you have previously purchased tickets).

Buy your 2nd $10 worth of tickets at this point and you will end up with 13 tickets for the same $20 that schmucks like me paid for 8 tickets.
